Refund Policy :
In the event a client cancels their booking, any booking fee, deposit or venue hire fee will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that THE CAMDEN must cancel, postpone or reschedule an event after your deposit has been paid, due to unforeseen circumstances, THE CAMDEN is not liable for third party costs for this event such as ticket sale revenue, guest appearance fees or any other costs. THE CAMDEN is liable and responsible to refund the venue hire fee’s, security and cleaning fee and any minimum spend deposits agreed in advance that have already been paid to the venue by the hirer as per this agreement only. To give further protection, the hirer should explore temporary event insurance which will give added protection to third party issues that can arise from event cancellation that are not linked to the venue. Your event experience manager can recommend trusted providers you may wish to explore upon request.
